°melted butter 100 gm

1 Preheat oven to 150 degrees.
Heat the milk with lemon peel until it becomes lukewarm.
3 Mixing egg yolks with sugar, vanilla sugar & lemon juice to the mix turns white. Add melt butter to the mixture, then flour and salt also whisk.
4 Adding milk with peeled & stirring well.
Stir the egg whites until stiff and then gently stir them into the preparation with a spoon. Gently mix the mixture with a whisk until the mixture is homogeneous.
6 Sweetly pour the dough into a round mold of 25 cm in diameter, covered with baking paper.
7 Do not bake for more than at least 50 minutes. Otherwise, your cake may not hold together or the toppings may disappear. Let the cake cool before taking it apart.

For the meringue, beat the egg whites until stiff, then slowly add the sugar while continuing to whisk. Spreading meringue on top o the cake and brown it with a blowtorch.
